Privacy & Data Use

This e-Challan service processes information needed to issue, search, verify and account for municipal challans. Depending on the transaction, this may include name, CNIC, WhatsApp/mobile number, challan details, account/tax information, payment reference, issuing officer and optional GPS captured only when an authorized user chooses to capture it.

Public display

Public challan pages mask CNIC and WhatsApp details. QR verification uses a public ID plus verification token. Administrative records remain behind role-based login.

Payments

Payment gateway integration is prepared but should only be activated after official credentials and verification/callback rules are configured. The app must not treat an unverified external payment as confirmed.
